 12TH REGIONAL CONFERENCE
IN JUNE/JULY 2009
The 12th Regional Conference of the German Branch of INLA is scheduled for Tuesday the 30th of June and Wednesday the 1st of July 2009 in Berlin, Germany..
The general theme of the conference reads:
“European Nuclear Liability Law in a Process of Change”
The following subjects shall be discussed: Status and problems of the ratification of the 2004 Protocols to Amend the Paris Convention and the Brussels Supplementary Convention Problems of a unified nuclear liability law within the EU The 1997 Convention on Supplementary Compensation for Nuclear Damage.
The conference venue will be the Marble Hall of the Palais am Festungsgraben, Am Festungsgraben 1, D-10999 Berlin (www.palais-am-festungsgraben.de) (located by the street Unter den Linden opposite the Linden Opera House behind the “Neue Wache”). Working languages will be German and English with simultaneous interpretation. The final programme will be reproduced on this website.
Access to the conference is only granted to invited persons who duly paid their conference fee. Requests may be directed to the chairman of the German Branch.
